The Ospitalità Diffusa (“widespread hospitality”) throughout the homes in the village includes some lodges in the very heart of Silvi and the nearby, with kitchen, rooms and bathrooms, to satisfy many different needs. These homes have been made available for our guests by the owners. They’re rich in life and memories: the strong seamen lived there with their women who were always glancing at the sea, and so che following generations that inherited the village or chose it, caught by its authentic charme.

LE CASETTE

FEEL COMFORTABLE AND INDEPENDENT IN A MEDITERREAN SCENERY

“Le casette” means “the lodges”, but is an only lodge: it’s the annex of a private cottage’s garden, recently renovated, with independent entrance. It’s placed on the first hill of Silvi. You can access the olive groove, looking at the coastal scenary. In the past, the building included three different spaces, called “the lodges” by the owner family. Its modern style is harmoniously inserted into the mediterrean panorama: the green olive trees and the blue sky and sea! The annex is an open space. It has a double sofa bed and a opening pouf, with matresses in memory foam for your greater comfort. Air conditioning; private bathroom with shower; kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Espresso machine; TV; free car park.

LA ELIODORA

OF A FAMILY WHO FELL IN LOVE WITH SILVI

By spending in Silvi many holidays, the owner family fell in love with Silvi at the point that they bought this home, and now make it available for tourists. You can book one or more bedrooms. They’re three, with double beds. A room has a private toilet, while two rooms share a toilet. If you request, we can add another comfortable bed in your room. The flat is simple but comfortable and you’ll find it in a little alley that opens on corso Umberto I. It has a working kitchen, a relax area, a TV in each room, air conditioning and free WIFI.

SEA HOUSE

The Sea House is a flat renovated with a modern style, that has some details that remember the guest he’s in a sea place. The home is located in the most pictoresque place of the village: the Loggia on the belvedere. It has a double room, a living room with a kitchen hosting a sofa-bed and a bathroom. Free WIFI. You can rent the whole flat for your holidays, even choosing to have breakfast as an option.

Casa TerraSun is a duplex. The two units have separate entrance. You can rent both or just one flat: they’re divided by a door that can be closed.

The external facade is covered by the original bricks, so it perfeclty matches the alleys of the village. Inside, instead, this is a modern flat, colorful and recently renovated.

Villa del Maestro means The Mansion of the Music Master. In facts, it’s owned by the family of Master Perazzitti who in 1945 rebuilt the music band of Silvi, that had stopped playing after a tragic accident in 1922, and the drama of the War World II.

The mansion has two flats. You can rent one or both.

The first one can host up to 8 people, the second one up to 5. You’ll find a private car park, a garden with the possibility to have a BBQ. The house is located in via San Rocco, in a residential area that is well ventilated even in summer.

THE LION’S HOUSE

The Lion’s House (Casa del Leone) is situated in corso Umberto I, the pedestrian street in the centre of Silvi Alta. On the rear, the house looks at the little St. Antonio square, that has an unique atmosphere thanks to the fragrant and shadowy linden trees. During the summer, the square hosts shows and little concerts.

The house has AC, 5 beds and 2 toilets. It is a good choice for those who want to fully enjoy the town center, very crowded and vibrant at night in summer. A few meters from the Lion’s House there’s the old bakery of Silvi Alta, that every morning makes bread and typical bakery food, spreading its tasty scent along the alleys.

Terrazza Orsini is a private house located in one of the most charming alleys of the historic center of Silvi Alta. Surprisingly, it enjoys a stunning view of the hill and the Adriatic Sea.

Terrazza Orsini is the perfect choice for those seeking an airy place with modern and air-conditioned rooms.

The kitchen is not open to guests of the property, but they are treated to a bed and breakfast experience with breakfast at Led’s, the B&B’s bistrot of the Ospitalità Diffusa.

Casa dei Tigli is located on Corso Umberto I in the village of Silvi Paese, as for the front part. The back, on the other hand, overlooks Piazza Sant’Antonio, a tree-lined space where the scent of linden trees fills the air during the summer.

The house has very spacious rooms with new furnishings and two bathrooms. Guests especially appreciate the large kitchen, the TV with Netflix, and the fireplace.

Today, La casa di Peppino is a modern house equipped with air conditioning and surrounded by a fence. It is located at the foot of the village of Città Sant’Angelo.
