Ospitalità Diffusa means widespread hospitality. This project comes out from a love story. The reason why we started all this, it to let other people fall in love with our incredible land: people who want to discover the most authentic spirit of the region, during their stay in Abruzzo.

We were born this way: at the beginnings of the XX century Bonantonio and Carmela were two lovers, whose family refused the marriage. Thus, you know, Love always wins: stubbornly, they managed to get married and built for their family the house that is Relais Borgo sul Mare, now. Today, their descendants still owns the Relais: it’s us.
Our father Ledesmo has been the first one who had the idea to make a lodge in the house. Joyfully, we get on this love story with Silvi Alta and with a slow and sustainable tourism. An out-of-the-box choice for your Holidays in Abruzzo.

Authentic and sustainable holidays, just a few kilometers from Torre del Cerrano
Day by day, we’ve been shaping our idea of a “widespread hospitality” throughout the village. It’s about the experience of living Silvi Alta (also called Silvi Paese), staying at the Relais Borgo sul Mare or in a holiday home. We chose to include also food, shop and freetime facilities in our offer.
Silvi Paese is a middle-age village, perched on its brick arches that look at the Adriatic Sea.
Time goes slowly here, staring at the waves of the Marine Protected Area Torre del Cerrano.
